Here is a great article for helping to set the proper tone for effective meetings. Everybody have a look and keep this in mind for our next meeting. I would like to start the meeting by establishing our norms so that everyone will be represented but so we can also keep an eye on our finished product. Remember, everything is a work in progress and patience will rule the day. You all are a great bunch of leaders!
